“Welcome to Health 1st Ltd Personal Training, based in Suffolk. I’m Pippa, an experienced Occupational Health Nurse Advisor and Personal Trainer with a passion for fitness and wellbeing.

I have over ten years’ experience in supporting individuals with both their physical and mental health. Through my friendly and sensitive approach, I build trusting relationships with my clients to optimise their health, fitness and wellbeing.

As a qualified teacher and trainer, I am also able to provide small and large group fitness and health promotion events which are suitable for businesses.”

In my Personal Trainer capacity, I will:

  • Health and body composition measurements, for example blood pressure, body mass index (BMI), body fat and skeletal muscle
  • Fitness and postural assessment, including cardiovascular; muscular strength and endurance; flexibility
  • Advice on healthy eating and drinking and weight management through review of a seven-day food diary
  • Realistic, achievable goal setting, relating to the outcomes of your health and fitness assessment and relevant lifestyle factors
  • Regular reviews to monitor your progress and set new goals as appropriate
